SHEA KIRKMAN, P.E.
Shea Kirkman has over 20 years of land development experience. As a Professional Engineer, Shea has worked on residential, commercial, industrial, retail, multi-family, mixed-use, infrastructure, park, trail and energy projects.
Raised in Dallas, Shea earned his bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin. He has been married to his high school sweetheart for 20 years and they are blessed with three children. Shea enjoys the outdoors, camping, motorcycle riding, golf and spending time with his family and friends.

PATRICK FILSON, P.E.
Patrick Filson is a Civil Engineer with over 15 years of experience in the land development field. His experience includes commercial, residential and high profile mixed-use developments. Patrick also has experience working with energy companies in urban drilling development. He grew up in the small town of Pleasanton in south Texas.
Patrick earned a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Texas Tech University, and moved to the Dallas Fort Worth area where he met his wife, also a Professional Engineer. He has three small children who consume most of his spare time. When he does have some free time Patrick likes to travel, eat well, fish, and spend time with friends and family. Patrick also enjoys competing in triathlons and has aspirations to complete a full Ironman triathlon.
